Sorry I haven’t sent this email sooner but even after six weeks we are still unpacking boxes.  Paul, we wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and your staff.  Even though we only lived in a small 3 bedroom house with a garage I knew that we had a rather large load and would need a very large truck or two.  When speaking with other Removal Companies I got the feeling that being a “female” , I probably didn’t have a clue as to how big a truck (or two) we would need when I explained that we had a lot of “stuff” to move.  On speaking with Sam and explaining my concern that one truck probably wouldn’t suffice, he suggested that he would come around to our house and assess the load and give us a quote.

 This proved to be invaluable as he could see how big the load was and immediately suggested that we would definitely need two trucks.  Sam organised to send the first truck with 3 guys early in the morning and then had the second truck with 2 guys ready to arrive later..  This worked out to be the most economical way for us.

Paul, your staff were brilliant – they were on time, very courteous, efficient, cheerful and very respectful to us and each other.  They set about doing the task of lifting the furniture and many heavy boxes and nothing was too much trouble for them.  They were extremely careful with the furniture and to our delight nothing was damaged or broken.   I don’t remember their names but please pass on our sincere thanks to all of them for their expertise.

I would absolutely recommend your Company to anyone looking for a hassle free removal.

I am writing a congratulations and thank you for the move you did for my children from Chermside to Coorparoo and then from Coorparoo to down the road at Coorparoo.

The move on 26/1 from a 2 bedroom unit at Chermside to my garage at Coorparoo took exactly 2 hours with the men working very hard and fast to pack the truck and unpack it at the other end. They were very friendly and courteous to myself and my 2 children. 

Regards and thank you for your prompt service especially the 2 young men who left a party to help with our move on Australia day - they did a fantastic job and were very friendly as I said earlier.

Thank you so much for organising 2 very awesome guys to come and move me out of one place, drop stuff off at another place, and then unload into my storage shed. They were amazing.
I unfortunately took very ill the night before with Food Poisoning, so I spent the best part of the day huddled in the corner being sick. None-the-less, your guys are and were awesome, with minimal instruction needed and insanely compentant. I watched them move my round table out through the back door in seconds. The same table, through the same door, took my original movers when I moved into the house (I shant mention names - but it was Mini Movers) that table took them AGES to work out how to get it in the door. I laughed when I watched your guys (like magic) carry the table out, without even a moments hesitation.
Those two clearly work together often and have little words they say to each other (twist, turn, left, up, down) to make the lift and shift that much easier. Like a co-ordinated ballet of boxes and furniture!
My whole move - including 2 drop off points took 2hours and 15minutes - exactly what I thought it would take. Excellent!

Please be sure to let them know how awesome I think they are, and I am so thankful that they turned up that day - when I was less that able to even stand up for longer than 5minutes at a time.

So - given your amazing service and skills, we need to book you again to move into our new house! The guys mentioned to ask for a 707 ??

I'll be recommeding you to everyone I know who needs to have a good moving experience. If only people knew that moving can actually be a good event when you have professional movers on the job. Not only does it save time, but I still firmly believe it saves money and sanity. And we all know sanity is priceless!
