Moved 3 bed house and beloved dirt bike from Melbourne to Macky QLD, i got continual updates on when they would arrive. The Boys could not have been nicer. All of our stuff was carefully wrapped in blankets and all accounted for.

My move from a 2 bedroom townhouse in Sydney to QLD was flawless. The company provided updates of the move every week leading up to the day. They said they would call approx. 1 hour prior to pickup and they most certainly did which was great.
The removalist presented well and were very polite. They handled my belongs as if it was their own. On delivery the same removalist unloaded it all in the same way.

I will be using them again when i move into my new house.

A stuff-up with paperwork for a work-related move meant that we had to organise (and pay for) our own move from Townsville to Brisbane with a week and a half's notice. Brisk made a big move easy

Exceptional service from start to finish. Brisk moved what effectively would have furnished 2 family sized houses in one truck from Gold Coast to regional NSW in a remote area without any hassle. The staff on the phone in the office were extremely helpful. The removalists went above and beyond in their duty to move the furniture from storage to INSIDE the property and did so without a single complaint when facing tough obstacles on numerous occasions (caused by the terrain in the remote area). Fantastic Service

From start to finish, our experience with Brisk was fantastic. Our furniture was moved from FNQ (Cooktown) to the Sunshine Coast in two days. The first date we had booked had to be cancelled as the road from Cairns to C'town was flooded, but the boys were up there 4 days later to pack us up. Truck (three-bedroom load) was unloaded within 40 mins at 4:30pm on a Friday arvo and the guys were happy, cheery and even singing!

Their fantastic customer service team answered our every question promptly, provided written confirmation, and provided great support throughout the process. I was extremely nervous about the move and they not only reassured me, but they came through with every promise! The 2 movers that attended our home were experts - they packed the truck quickly (and carefully) and were such happy workers. Wow!!! Too Easy!!!!

I am over the moon about the recent interaction I have had with Brisk. From booking and speaking with Ben who is polite, well spoken and efficient to end of removal job I was respected, treated professionally and the price was fantastic. I was phoned and a message left telling me the job would start at 0700 on the scheduled date and sure enough on the dot of 0700 the truck was on my driveway.

I moved 3 bedroom house from Melbourne to Brisbane in Feb 2018. I requested a quote on 14th and we scheduled the move on 17th Feb which is a really quick turnaround. I moved from Cairns to Sydney, there was storage involved and my personal possessions were treated like gold. Brisk transport kept informed every step of the way. The service and removalist staff were of the highest. This was 2nd interstate move in 6 months. Let me tell Brisk are excellent!

Brisbane to Sydney move

Interstate moves are even more stressful than regular moves but Brisk Transport did a terrific job! Everything cared for, came when they said they would, quick and efficient. I asked them a couple of days beforehand if they would be able to drop off my stuff a couple of hours earlier than originally planned so I could make a work meeting, and they came through for me!

So worth it!!

Initially my husband didn’t want to pay for a removalist, he wanted to save money by just hiring a truck and doing the moving ourselves... but with 3 kids under 3 and not enough family and friends nearby to help, that was not going to work well for us. A friend from work recommended Brisk to us. We moved our 3-4 bedroom house in Brisbane to another local suburb in Brisbane. The truck and 2 removalists arrived on time, and were friendly and professional. Overall we were very pleased with the service.

Easiest part of the move

Moved a storage unit from Cairns to sydney and it went as smooth as possible. They worked around my schedule which was great as I was only available 1 day during that week.

We moved from Rockhampton to Toowoomba early 2016 approx. 640km. I can not say how wonderful and professional these guys were in packing up our 5 bedroom house. It was amazing how they were able to pack all our belongings in their truck and get it safely to Toowoomba with no breakages!! Our move prior to this one (by another company) took 21/2 trucks and heaps of problems. I have already referred 2 friends & work colleagues to Brisk and both were so happy with the service and I have just now referred another friend moving from Toowoomba to Adare. Service above and beyond – they deserve more than 5 stars !!!

Paul, Nic and the boys from Brisk moved us from Sydney to Townsville. The loading in Sydney was great, well-organised and loaded without a hitch.

In Townsville, it was a different matter. We had not seen the physical location of the apartment prior to moving to Townsville. The guys from Brisk were unable to get the container down the side of the apartment block. Initially they had to unload the container at a depot using a ute. They made many trips the first night. The next day they were able to load a small pantech and

Sensational from start to finish

We relocate from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and had a complicated situation where we needed our stuff to be collected, stored and then delivered interstate almost three weeks later.
Brisk assured me they were up to the task and they did not disappoint.
Interstate removal is not cheap but Brisk brought in one of the most competitive quotes we’d seen if we were prepared to be a little flexible with uplift and delivery times (which we were).

We relocate from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and had a complicated situation where we needed our stuff to be collected, stored and then delivered interstate almost three weeks later. Brisk assured me they were up to the task and they did not disappoint. Interstate removal is not cheap but Brisk brought in one of the most competitive quotes we’d seen if we were prepared to be a little flexible with uplift and delivery times (which we were).

We were given a pick up time of between 7am and 9am and the guys were there at 6.55am and Amazing

The guys did such a great Job in moving us. We accidentally left eggs in the fridge and realised after it had been loaded onto the truck, the guys were so great in taking care of our stuff that when we got to new house and opened the fridge all but one egg were intact with the one egg only having a small crack. Just a testimate to how good they were. Would definitely recommend and go through them again 🙂 thanks brisk transport

We recently moved from our 4 bedroom house in Townsville back to Brisbane. As we all know, moving is something we all prefer not to do. Time consuming, stressful and costly to say the least. Stress free for me!

I had quite a few items to move from Brisbane to FNQ. Some furniture, suitcases, ladders and large item sports equipment. All staff I dealt starting with Casey? who booked my “shift” and provided advice and quote were excellent. Brett who stayed in constant contact throughout the process and the men who drove and packed, were friendly, professional and extremely efficient.
Everything arrived safely and quickly. Took a lot of stress off me.

A big thanks to Zoe for organising our move. We had a 90 day window to move & ended up moving within 2 weeks. The boys arrived on time, wrapped & packed quickly & actually beat us to our new home over 2 hours away. I thought the truck would be a bit slower so we stopped for a coffee on the way. As a result of one solicitor taking her time for settlement the boys had to hang around for an extra hour without complaining and soon had everything inside & in place as soon as we had the keys. This even involved taking a window out to get our table in.

Best removalists I’ve ever dealt with!

Brisk Transport is the most professional and capable removals company I've ever dealt with. I've moved house 14 times in 17 years and I've dealt with a lot of removalists. Brisk is professional, punctual, polite and their staff are very very very good at their job. I've used Brisk twice now - once for a house move and once for an internal move while we renovated. Both times we (and our furniture and home) have been treated with all care and respect. Given my track record, I'll likely have to move again and the team from Brisk will be the first people I call!

I had a very urgent and last minute move from Brisbane to Melbourne on Monday with another company already secured in but turned out to be major headaches and pains in the backside ON the day of pick up. Best moving experience yet

We used Brisk Transport to move the furniture from our 4 bedroom home. Casey quoted me a great door-to-door price and assured me there would be no surprises when it came time to pay.

The move wasn't very far away, just to a neighboring suburb. But the whole move was done in just under 2 hours. I was really impressed as the 2 guys who were loading and unloading the truck worked super fast. All our furniture was wrapped up in nice thick blankets and tied securely in the truck. None of our furniture was damaged.

Moved a 1 bedroom apartment.They were exactly right with their volume estimate, rather than under-quoting (they were 10% higher volume than other people for the same list of items being requested to be moved. 2 guys turned up, moved my boxes, even helped move my fridge downstairs so somebody else could take it away. True Professionals!!

The new place we moved to was a bit hard to get some furniture into as it had windy stairs and a small front door. They asked our neighbour downstairs if they could cover he balcony with a blanket so they could lift our furniture up over the balcony. The guys were very careful and they were so fast and friendly. We moved from a 2 bedroom unit to another 2 bedroom unit 2 streets away. Corey and Chris were so fast and took care of our furniture. Took All The Worries Out Of A Big Move!

We moved the contents of a 4 bedroom home from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne. Brisk handled the lot from start to finish. The shipping container was supplied and packed by Brisk, they organised the transport by rail to Melbourne, and then they unpacked it at the other end on our designated time and date. The guys were professional and took great care with our things, the communication was always good, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. Would I use them again? Absolutely! The two gentlemen who moved me also reassembled our bed frames, repositioned our mattresses, and reconnected the washing machine to the water supply. There is no better removals company!

This is the second move for us in 9 months, both with Brisk.
We moved from a large house to a CBD apartment in March, 2016, and have just moved to our new apartment (also CBD of Brisbane) and would not have used any other carrier.

Amazing

These guys helped us move from a 3 bedroom house to an inner city one bedroom apartment. They had to navigate laneways, garage ramps and one elevator, but they did it spectacularly. They were easy to contact and always happy to help. Very reasonably priced too. We will use them again.

Due to my circumstances, I called for service a night before the actual move. All the other removalists did not pick up their phone or were not available on such a short notice. These guys, not only promised to assist but arrived 15 minutes earlier. we have been moving rather often so seeing them arriving on time was a nice surprise. Guys were very well organised and packed all my belongings in a really neat way and in a very short time, too. I was afraid that like other removalist in the past the offloading will take forever, but in contrary we out of the truck faster than in- considering the delays caused by the use of the lift in the complex I must say it was, job

Paul and his team are the best mover I've used so far. Cheapest in price but the best in service. Moved my stuff from Brissie (3 bedroom house) to Melb and not a single item was damaged. Great job!!! Awesome experience.

A bit late with sending this as I moved on Dec 11th but just wanted to say how good they were and at a very reasonable price. The guys in the office were so helpful, and the two who packed and drove my stuff were quick and kept in touch to let me know what was going on. Very careful with everything too. They took the stress out of the whole move, turned up on time and were very efficient. Slight blip when they were running late on delivery but that was soon put right by the ops manager re-organizing schedules so no dramas. Would recommend this company as top notch

Brisk moved our household from Canberra to Brisbane during November 2015, prior to the move they sent Steve to assess the load. Steve and son three weeks later did the loading and displayed a most courteous and helpful manner. Prior to us arriving at our new home in Brisbane Steve called my mobile and informed that he had left space in the garage for one car to be parked, placed and switched on the fridges and placed coke therein providing a chilled drink when we arrived. WOW!!! what consideration for a family travelling 14 hours. Bonus - nothing broken.

We moved from Gold Coast to townsville,what a fantastic company this is.we have moved seventeen times over years only wish I had used these guys before. The four guys who packed the containers were fantastic, very careful,and polite,with it. Breakage only a couple things,miner,probably my fault as I packed everything. Don’t look anywhere else.

We just made an interstate move to VIC from QLD, and if we ever moved again, Brisk would be the only company we'd contact. The office team are committed, quick to respond, courteous and professional, and the removalists themselves were eager to make the move as efficient and stress-free as possible to the point where they were asking what else they could do for us when everything was in the apartment, even though we would be paying no extra for their time.

Really happy with Brisk’s great service

We needed to move a small couch from NSW to Gold Coast. I rang about 6 other carriers, either didn't want to do it or it was horrendously expensive. Then I rang Brisk - Paul was really friendly, quote was less than the others, and he said they could do it within a week. They picked up the next morning, and I had the couch the following day. This is great service, friendly and a good price. The two guys who delivered it put it in the house in the right spot for me, checked it was all fine which it was. They were friendly, and careful with my couch. What more could we ask for, highly recommended. Alan and Elizabeth

Seamless removals

Melbourne to Brisbane – Excellent!

I was very nervous when looking for a removalist from Melbourne to Brisbane. Heard many horror stories, especially from reviews as I'd never made a move of this magnitude before. Brisk seemed to have the best rating overall and the sales agent, Casey was great so we decided to go with them. They removalists Ash & Jar arrived exactly when they said they would, were very friendly and were amazing at packing and taking care of our goods. They arrived safely in Brisbane with nothing damaged. I couldn't speak highly enough of the service we got and of Ash & Jar and would recommend them to anyone. I won't even look for other quotes in the future.

Great Hassle Free Interstate Move!

These guys were absolutely hassle free on our relocation from Melbourne to Brisbane in January 2015. We are fairly experienced having moved a few times both trans-tasman and interstate and this was our best experience to date. From the first contact with Zoe in the office we were very happy. Quote was very competitive compared to others but the clincher for us was their ability to lock in a pickup and delivery date plus the fact our stuff would arrive in Brisbane within 48 hours. Nothing broken, the move was completed in good time and the team took great care in packing my furniture and belongings into their truck including wrapping majority of furniture in blankets and securely strapping. So easy! Great price, great company.

Brisk was so easy to deal with and so helpful. From the quote through to the delivery, including a free lift to my new unit, they made moving stress free. Both Dave and Aaron were really helpful, polite and a pleasure to move with.

Brisk made the move much easier

This was the second time i have use Brisk removals and both times have been excellent. the Boys were on time, well behaved and very careful with me belongs. if i have to i would use them again and i highly recommend them.

Banyo to Wavell to Kangaroo Point

Was originally considering doing the move ourselves but after it was done we were so glad we used Brisk. Some of the items were a bit awkward to get through doors but the two guys we had made it all look so easy. Saved us so much time and a lot of hard work and I am definitely going to use them again.

In September this year (2014) we engaged Brisk to move some furniture and boxes from Mooloolaba to our home in Rozelle, Sydney, with some of the items going to our son at Five Dock. They also collected a wardrobe from Rozelle and carried that to Five Dock. The two men who came to load and who delivered a day later were courteous and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. They took great care with all our goods at all times. We were also kept informed by phone of expected times. We can definitely recommend Brisk and in particular would like to offer our thanks to these two employees.

We were considering pods and doing it ourselves but from the moment I spoke to the sales Manager at Brisk it was clear we would be better off using a removalist and saving our time and backs. Last minute move made easy!

From the moment I begun talking with brisk transport they made everything easy for me. I gave them 2 days notice of a move, I had multiple pick up addresses, there was a festival with blocked off streets we had to work around, large heavy furniture and tight spaces with steps. The 2 men I had were fantastic, it was a hot day they didn't complain once, they joked about the difficulties that were encountered but were incredibly efficient, and good problem solvers. I will deffinately be using Brisk when I moved next!

We had an excellent experience with Brisk. They were professional and non-pushy from the get-go. The removalists were fast and professional and didn't damage any of our furniture. There were no hidden fees which we liked. We would use them again and have recommended them to our friends who recently moved.
